Hieman edistystä sitten eilisen :D A bit more progress from yesterday :D

Tätä mallia on kiva pistellä ja hieman muokailla alkuperäistä ohjetta. Ihastuin niin noihin perhosiin, että halusin tuon keskiosan (joka tulee olemaan saksikotelon tausta) pääpainon olevan perhosissa :D Vielä jää nähtäväksi, miten teen etukappaleen alaosan tähän - näytän kyllä, kun siihen pisteeseen pääsen.
Kukkaset tuossa keskiosassa olen hieman säveltäen pistellyt.
This chart has been fun to stitch and personalize the origin. I totally fell for these butterflys that I wanted the middle part (the backside of the scissorcase) to have them fly all around it :D It's yet to be seen how the bottom part of the front side will look like, but I'll be sure to show you, once I'm there.
The flowers in the middle part have been personalized as stitching them.

Viikko mennyt "toipuessa" ristipistoviikonlopusta ja tuntuu, että kiirusta on ollut joka päivä.
This week has gone by "recuperating" from the crossstitchweekend and I seem to be busy every day.

Hieman ehdin eilen illalla pistellä Jonin nimipäiväjuhlimisen (oli jo su, tänään vasta ehdittiin juhlia) jälkeen. Tunnin verran pistelin ja sain vihreän ja punaisen tehtyä. Tämä on malli, jonka kaikki ristipistoviikonloppuun osallistuneet saivat materiaaleineen päivineen. Ja minä kun olen minä, niin vaihdoin kukkasten värit itselle mieluiseksi ja tietty liukuvärjättyyn :D

I did stitch a bit last night after celebrating my DS's nameday with my parents and elder brother's family. I had an hour of stitching and got the green and red stitched. This is a pack we received for the stitchweekend. And me being me, I changed the colours of the flowers to varigated floss :D
