Angina??? SAT/RPM 23.rd Jan 2009

Eilen illalla käytiin esikon kanssa terveyskeskuksen päivystyksessä, kun tyttö valitti kurkkuaan ja äänikin oli erilainen kuin normisti. Reilun 3 tuntia varrottiin lääkärille pääsyä ja kun sitten päästiin, niin kurkku täysi peitteitä. Lääkekuuria tyttö ei vielä saanut, sillä lääkäri oli sitä mieltä, että kun ei kuumetta ole niin pitää ensin varmistua asiasta ja tytöltä otettiin nielusta näyte viljelyä varten. Huomiseen saadaan tulosta odotella... Paitsi jos tytölle kuume nousee, niin sitten "ilman muuta" antibiottiikuuri.

Jup, kotio tultiin pikkasta vaille 11 illalla ja pitihän sitä äiten heti tarttua neulaan ja pistellä :D Jatkoin torstai-iltana pistelemääni Popparia ja tässä kuva, missä nyt mennään.

Tänään katselin jo hiihtokisoja ja suunnittelin pistoja Fair&Square kierrokseen. Tämä on ensimmäinen kerta, kun osallistun F&Sään, parini on USAsta. Mielenkiinnolla osallistun tällaiseen vaihtoon.

Last night I took my DD to the doctors. Her throat has been sore for a while and her voice wasn't normal. We sat for a bit over 3 hours waiting for the doctor and he said that DD's throat is covered with white spots. But since DD didn't have any fever he didn't give her any antibiotics, but said that a test needs to be taken to make sure it's angina. We have to wait for the results till tomorrow.... If DD gets a fever before we get the results she'll get the antibiotics....

Well, we got home before 11pm and I started stitching on the PopCorn I had stitched the night before. Here's a picture of PopCorn today.

I've been watching cross country sking from TV and planning on my first Fair&Square exchange. My partner is from the States.

Edistystä - ne muutamat pistotkin :D Popcorn työ, jota SALin aloitin muutaman ristipistoilijan kanssa vuonna 2006(vai 2005?). Hieman jäänyt UFOksi tämä työ, mutta kun Minna sai omansa pisteltyä tässä tammikuun puolella valmiiksi, niin päätin, että minä kans!
Progress - even the few stitches :D PopCorn that I started as a SAL with a few Finnish cross stitcher way back in 2006 (or was it 2005?). Turned into a UFO, but once Minna got her's ready just this January I desided to continue stitching mine!
