Äärettömän mukavan ja rennon päivän aikana kävimme nuoremman tyttären kanssa kaupungilla polisiilaitoksella selvittämässä, miten nykyään saadaan lapselle hankittua mopokortti. Ainoa, mikä saatiin viranomaisilta oli lappu, johon pitää saada molempien vanhempien hyväksyntä, loput kuulemma hoitaa "auto"koulu. Samalla sitten pistettiin tyttärelle passihakemus, jotta saa tyttö sitten virallisen henkilöllisyystodistuksen.
Sitten käytiinkiin apteekissa lääkevarastoa lisäämässä ja vielä - kun oli aikaa ennen bussin lähtöä - käytiin käsityöliikkeessä, josta löytyi sekä äidille että tyttärelle ajanvietettä.
Kotiin päästiinkin vaarin kyydillä - Kiitos isä <3 - molemmilta hieman voimat loppui tuolla kaupunkireissulla ja bussistakin myöhästyttiin... ja kotona alkoikin sitten käsityöbuumi :)
Molemmat rojahdettiin sohvalle keräämään voimia. Siinä istuessa sitten poimimme molemmat tekeleet käsiimme ja avot, jo alkoi tulosta syntyä :) Tyttären poikaystävä kun tuli jossain vaiheessa iltapäivää meille, totesi meitä kahta katsoessaan: "On tytär äitiinsä tullut" :)
It's been a wonderfully nice and relaxing day. We went to the policestation with my younger DD to find out what has to be done so that she can get a moped driverslicence. The only paper that we got from there was one, that has to be signed by both parents, the rest will be taken care at a drivingschool. At the same visit to station we got a form to apply for a passport for my DD.
Then it was time to visit the pharmacy to get some filling for our medicine cabinet and after - since we still had time before our bus was coming - we visited our local handcrafts shop. Found something for both of us.
Granddad gave us a lift home - thanks dad <3 - since we were both a bit beat and missed the bus... Once home we slumped on to the sofa to gather some strength. While sitting, we both picked up our shoppings and voilá - something got started :) My DD's boyfriend came over sometime that afternoon and looking at us said: "Like mother, like daughter" :)
Tytär löysi itselleen pisteltävää - ei ristipistoja, hän ei oikein tykkää niitä tehdä, mutta pisteltävää kuitenkin :) Tämän merkeissä sujui tyttären iltapäivä ja ilta:
My DD found something to stitch - not cross stitching, she doesn't like to do them, but something stitchy anyhow :) This is what she did during the afternoon and evening:

Äiti sitten näki käsityökaupassa houkutinmallin roikkumassa yhden hyllyn päässä - ja pakkohan sitä oli sitten ostaa rinkuloita :) Kotoa löytyikin muut tarvikkeet ja tällainen oli tulos:
Mum saw a wonderful piece of handcrafts hangging on one of the shelves end - and I just had to buy some rings :) I had all the other material here at home and this is what I did:
DMC:n Petra n:o 5, ecrun värisenä, 2:n virkkuukoukku, muutama helmi, niitä rinkuloita ja hieman aikaa - siitä syntyy tällainen kaulakoru. Ja kelles muulle kuin tuolle rakkaalle tyttärelle <3

Tico pienihän menehtyi tapaturmaisesti vain 3,5 kk ikäisenä vuonna 2007.
Tästä siis tulossa tyttärelle rakkaasta pikkuisesta muisto.
Hävettää ihan, kun en ole tätä pistellyt sitten vuoden 2007.... mut kai parempi myöhään kuin milloinkaan... *nolo-olo*
Tico died accidentally at the age of 3,5 months in 2007.
This is for my younger DD as a memory of her little one.
I'm ashamed to admit, that I haven't stitched this since 2007... but better late than never...
